Please Note- We do not offer "break-fix" repairs on such items as broken display screens, notebook panels, logic boards and/or board level components, etc.
For these determined cases, acting as an authorized Apple Service Facilitator, we can refer you at no charge, to Apple or a 3rd-party Apple authorized service provider,
(Bay Area, Ca only), for in-warranty or out of warranty repair. We also, do not take any trade-ins of used macs and/or equipment.
We provide telephone troubleshooting and support for your convenience and for emergency purposes.
Daily service availability varies due to current service personnel availability and parts on hand. All onsite fee-based consultation and services are performed on an appointment basis only. Net Terms do not apply to service. A signed MC Service Agreement Form may be required upon completion of service, before leaving your premises.
- We only offer support, consulting, and Onsite Service starting at G5 based Macs, running a minimum of Macintosh Operating System 10.2 (Jaguar). We no longer support Mac OS 8.5 thru 9.2.
- Please inquire about our pre-paid, long-term service agreements.
We also sell a wide variety of the latest compatible Processor Upgrades to boost your older & newer Macs, plus any other needed upgrades, including memory upgrades and additional or replacement disk drive storage.
